    Traditional sewer line repair means excavation. A crew digs a trench along the path of the damaged pipe, removes and replaces the broken section, backfills, and restores the surface.     How Trenchless Sewer Repair Works — Step by Step

    Step 1 — Camera Inspection First

    Every trenchless repair starts with a sewer camera inspection. We need to confirm the pipe damage type, location, and extent — and verify the pipe is a suitable candidate for trenchless methods. This step is non-negotiable. It protects you from a repair that won't hold.

    Step 2 — Clearing the Line

    Before lining or bursting, we clear the pipe with hydro jetting to remove debris, root intrusion, and buildup. A liner can't bond to a pipe full of material. A clean pipe gives the repair the best chance of lasting.

    Step 3 — The Repair

    For pipe lining: The liner is measured, cut, saturated with resin, and pulled into position. It's inflated against the pipe walls and held in place while the resin cures — typically one to four hours depending on the liner and conditions.
